1Service Provider & Agreement

This Service Agreement is between you ("Subscriber", "Gym Owner") and ARBENIX TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, the operator and owner of the ARBENFIT Gym SaaS platform. By subscribing to or utilizing ARBENFIT, you agree to comply with these terms.

2SaaS Subscription & Billing Cycles

ARBENFIT is delivered as a hosted cloud SaaS platform under recurring subscription plans:

• 1 Month Cycle
  ₹500 / mo
• 6 Months Cycle
  ₹2,500 (₹416/mo)
• 12 Months Cycle
  ₹4,500 (₹375/mo)

3Acceptable Use & Restrictions

ARBENFIT is provided exclusively for gym membership tracking, attendance logging, billing, and staff management. Any unauthorized security scanning, source code reverse-engineering, or rogue client deployment is strictly prohibited.

4Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

ARBENIX TECH PRIVATE LIMITED retains all intellectual property rights to the ARBENFIT software architecture, designs, and code. Gym subscribers retain full ownership of their member records, financial ledgers, and operational data.
