1Agreement to Terms

By registering and using the ARBENFIT Gym SaaS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

2Use of Service & Restrictions

The system is provided for managing gym membership status, trainer allocations, payments, and attendance. Any misuse, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer source code, or deploy rogue client software represents a breach of this agreement.

3Subscription, Payments & Refunds

Paid subscriptions (e.g. Silver Plan at ₹500/mo) are billed in advance according to selected cycles:

• 1 Month
  ₹500 / mo
• 6 Months
  ₹2500 (₹416/mo)
• 12 Months
  ₹4500 (₹375/mo)

Payments are non-refundable after standard 15-day trial periods, except under explicitly verified technical issues with transaction gateways.
