2Biometric Data Processing

For gyms using biometric systems (fingerprint scanners and face recognition), biometric templates are processed locally on device hardware and synced securely. We do not store raw biometric images on our cloud servers; only mathematical template hashes are processed for verification.

3How We Use Data

Your gym data is used solely to run scheduling, plan renewals, check-ins, automated WhatsApp alerts, and reporting. We do not share, sell, or trade your data with external third parties.

4Third-Party Services Integration

ARBENFIT integrates with trusted third-party providers to deliver automated gym operations:

Razorpay Payment Gateway: For secure subscription & invoice payments.
WhatsApp API: For automated payment receipts and plan expiration alerts.

5User Data Deletion Requests

Per Google Play Store Policy, gym owners and users can request full account data deletion at any time by emailing us. All associated member data, payment histories, and branch configs will be purged from our servers within 30 business days.
