We collect information provided directly by gym operators and members when registering for and utilizing ARBENFIT, including gym business details, physical address, email, phone numbers, member profiles, membership plan dates, and payment history.

- Staff Shift Logs & Personal Trainer Data
3Biometric Template Privacy Controls
For gyms utilizing biometric hardware integration (fingerprint scanners and facial recognition), biometric templates are processed locally on device hardware.
We do not store raw biometric images on cloud servers. Only non-reconstructible mathematical template hashes are processed to sync attendance status.
4How Data is Used & Shared
Data is used strictly to run gym scheduling, check-ins, automated WhatsApp alerts, and financial reporting for your business. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
5Third-Party Integrations
- Razorpay Payment Gateway: Handles secure transaction processing.
- WhatsApp Business API: Dispatches automated 4-day expiry alerts and receipts.
6Account & Data Deletion Requests
Gym owners and users can request complete account and member data deletion at any time. Upon receiving a verified request, all associated member records, attendance logs, and financial ledgers will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 business days.
